A little introduction about the Ragnarok Online Game Play. About Ragnarok Online Game Play, i think Ragnarok online can be counted as a 3D MMORPG Online game although someone else mentioned that Ragnarok Online has the graphics which is in between 2D and 3D. Well, at least Ragnarok Online RO doesn't require high computer specs in order to play smoothly. A computer with a 256 ram and a normal graphic card will be able to play Ragnarok Online RO without any lagness. As for the Ragnarok Online RO Characters, there are actually quite a number of Characters/Jobs to be mentioned. So let me grouped them up into 4 groups.


Beginner:


When you first get started, you will start as a novice with a base and job level of 1.

1) Novice - a beginner given a knife and a cotton shirt






First Class(es)/Job(s):

After your novice reached a job level of 10, you're able to change job into First Classes/Jobs. These are the following Classes/Jobs you can change to.

1) Swordman -

Usually uses One Handed Sword, Two Handed Sword to attack. Job Link: Knight, Crusader

2) Magician -

Usually uses Wands to cast Magic Spells and damage monsters. Job Link: Wizard, Sage.

3) Archer -

Usually uses Bow and Arrow to shoot. Job Link: Hunter, Bard, Dancer.

4) Merchant -

Usually uses Axe or Mace to attack. Job Link: Blacksmith, Alchemist.

5) Thieves -

Usually uses Dagger to attack. Job Link: Assassin, Rogue.

6) Acolyte -

Usually uses mace to attack, usually supports people using the skill Heal. Job Link: Priest, Monk

7) Super Novice -

Novice can change their job into Super Novice when they reach a base level of 45 and job level of 10.

8) Taekwon -

Usually uses legs to attack.

9) Ninja -

Usually uses special designed daggers and cast magic spells or throw throwing stars.

10) Gunslinger -

Usually uses guns and bullets to shoot.



Second Class(es)/Job(s):

After your First Class character has reached job level 40 or above, you are ready to change to Second Class.

1) Knight -

Usually Uses Two Handed Sword or One Handed Spear or Two Handed Spear. Job Link: High Novice, High Swordman, Lord Knight.

2) Wizard -

Usually uses Wands and cast Area of Effect (AOE) skills to damage monsters. Job Link: High Novice, High Magician, High Wizard.

3) Hunter -

Usually uses Bow and Arrow to shoot. Has the ability to command his/her Falcon to attack and setting Traps. Job Link: High Novice, High Archer, Sniper.

4)Blacksmith -

Usually uses Axe or Mace to attack. Has the ability to Forge Elemented Weapons and sell items by using the skill Vending. Job Link: High Novice, High Merchant, Whitesmith.

5) Assassin -

Usually uses Daggers or Katars to attack. Has the ability to Cloak around without letting anyone to notice. Job Link: High Novice, High Thief, Assassin Cross.

6) Priest-

Usually uses Wand, Mace or Book. Has the ability to support people through Healing, Increasing their Agility and so on so for. Job Link: High Novice, High Acolyte, High Priest.

7) Crusader -

Usually uses One Handed Sword, Two Handed Sword, One Handed Spear and Two Handed Spear to attack. Job Link: High Novice, High Swordman, Paladin.

8) Sage -

Usually uses wand to cast Magic Spells. Has the ability to walk and cast at the same time. Job Link: High Novice, High Magician, Professor.

9) Bard -

Usually uses a guitar weapon to attack. Has the ability to cast dance skills for supporting. Job Link: High Novice, High Archer, Clown.

10) Dancer -

Usually uses a rope weapon to attack. Has the ability to cast dance skills for supporting. Job Link: High Novice, High Archer, Gypsy.

11) Alchemist -

Usually uses Axe or Mace to attack. Has the ability to create potions and summons Marine Sphere and Flora. Job Link: High Novice, High Merchant, Creator.

12) Rogue -

Usually uses Dagger or Bow and Arrow to attack. Has the ability to Hide and Stalk. Job Link: High Novice, High Thief, Stalker.

13) Monk -

Usually uses Mace or Claw to atack. Has the ability to use up all his/her sp to cast Asura Strike on enemy. Job Link: High Novice, High Acolyte, Champion.

14) Taekwon Master - Usually uses legs to attack. Has the ability to float on air.

15) Soul Linker - Usually uses wand or dagger. Has the ability to cast special buffs on every single type of characters.

Transcendent Third Class(es)/Job(s):

After your second class reach level 99, you can rebirth into a High Novice, then a High Swordman if you were a Swordman class before. And then Lord knight or Paladin depending on which job did you choose previously before your rebirth.

1) Lord Knight -

Usually Uses Two Handed Sword or One Handed Spear or Two Handed Spear. Has the ability to change itself into berserk mode which increases your hp mutiple times.

2) High Wizard -

Usually uses Wands and cast Area of Effect (AOE) skills to damage monsters. Has the ability to Amplifies its magic which increase its Magic Attack.

3) Sniper -

Usually uses Bow and Arrow to shoot. Has the ability to command his/her Falcon to attack and setting Traps.

4) Whitesmith -

Usually uses Axe or Mace to attack. Has the ability to Forge Elemented Weapons, create nuggests and coins, and sell items by using the skill Vending.

5) Assassin Cross -

Usually uses Daggers or Katars to attack. Has the ability to summon a clone of itself and cloak around without letting anyone to notice.

6) High Priest -

Usually uses Wand, Mace or Book. Has the ability to support people through Healing, Increasing their Agility and casting assumption on people which increases their defend resistance.

7) Paladin -

usually uses One Handed Sword, Two Handed Sword, One Handed Spear and Two Handed Spear to attack. Has the ability to cast devotion on party mates and takes the damage for them.

8) Professor -

Usually uses wand to cast Magic Spells. Has the ability to cast spider web for trapping people, fire/lightning/frost launching people's weapon and cast magic while walking..

9) Clown -

Usually uses a guitar weapon to attack. Has the ability to cast dance skills for supporting.

10) Gypsy -

Usually uses a rope weapon to attack. Has the ability to cast dance skills for supporting.

11) Alchemist -

Usually uses Axe or Mace to attack. Has the ability to cast acids on enemy, create potions and summons Marine Sphere and Flora..

12) Stalker -

Usually uses Dagger or Bow and Arrow to attack. Has the ability to Hide and Stalk.

13) Champion -

Usually uses Mace or Claw to atack. Has the ability to cast five spirit sphere at the same time and use up all his/her sp to cast Asura Strike on enemy.

As for Ragnarok Online Private Server, i'm not once but twice a owner of a Ragnarok Online Private Server. Well, i hosted Feng Ragnarok Online ( FengRo) which last for about 3months and Electronic Ragnarok Online ( EcRo) which last about 3days ._. . The reason why both my server could'nt last long is because of my electricity bills as the electricity bills here in singapore is extremely far way more expensive compared to other countries. Thus, i have to close down both my server. But nevertheless, Feng Ragnarok Online managed to get a population of 40+ players in less than a month and about 20+ for Electronic Ragnarok Online. Although i have closed down both my Ragnarok Online Private Servers, i have created a blog on teaching people how to create their own Ragnarok Online Private Server by using a program named eAthena. Some Gaming Programmer created this eAthena and i heard they got sued to court by Gravity, the founder of the Orginal Ragnarok Online. But unfortunatey, eAthena won the case somehow. Firstly, let me start a small introduction about how i get to know Ragnarok Online RO. Well, i guess the reason behind this is because i just wanted to share all my Ragnarok Online RO experiences with every single one of you. Let me tell you how exactly did i get started with Ragnarok Online. I started playing Ragnarok Online RO since 2004. Well, Ragnarok Online RO was introduced to me by my friend when i was in secondary one. My first impression of Ragnarok Online RO was like, wow?The graphics of Ragnarok Online RO was quite 3D to me but the gameplay wasn't easy for me the first day i played Ragnarok Online RO as this was my first MMORPG Online Game.
